Kimberley
is an independent software professional specializing in business and information
analysis, database solutions, systems design and integration. Partnering
with multinational corporations, domestic concerns and Family Offices
has garnered Kimberley extensive experience in the review of existing
business processes, the evaluation of database and business systems, and
the development of roadmaps to organizational goals.
Recommending
client solutions within project and expense requirements is Kimberley's
strong suit. With clear understanding of an organization's background
and goals, she develops feasible options that are both technically proficient
and creative. Her experience in a variety of industries including retail,
financial, real estate, heavy equipment manufacturing, pipeline, marketing
systems, and family offices has shown her ability to enter unfamiliar

Ms. Young
provides project management, training and consulting services to profit

system that handles $1 billion in annual operating income, to 2) the development

involving the complete re-engineering of business processes for several
company departments and the design of a new marketing model with necessary
systems architecture and software created to support innovative and flexible
procedures.
Ms. Young

Kimberley
holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Illinois University in
computer science and business administration. Over 3,000 hours of training
in classes, workshops and seminars has kept her timely on the newest computer
hardware and software developments. She currently attends DePaul University
for certification in Production Control and Inventory Management. Ms.
Young also holds an Associate of Arts degree from Harrington Institute
of Interior Design where she focused on computer assisted design.
